 We are located in the National Surf Centre in Strandhill, Co. Sligo.

Each lesson includes a surfboard, wetsuit, and boots. 

The total length of each lesson is 2.5 hours from the point a client arrives until they leave.

We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, water, and a swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit. 

If you have your own surf gear, such as boards and wetsuits, you are welcome to bring them.

Of course you can! We welcome participants to bring their own boards and wetsuits. 

Our instructors can help you correct your position on the boards and provide you with important tips to improve your surfing experience.

Our lessons are primarily in English, but we have multilingual instructors. We can also offer lessons in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.

Absolutely! All our lessons are designed for beginners. We will teach you how to stand on a surfboard in no time. Our instructors are experienced in helping first-timers get comfortable and enjoy their surfing experience.

No, you do not need to know how to swim as all lessons are given in shallow water. However, it is really important that you are not afraid of the water. Safety is our top priority, and while basic 

swimming skills can be beneficial, they are not required for our shallow water lessons.

We offer lessons for participants aged 5 and up. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the lesson.

No, we do not offer equipment rentals as it is forbidden by the county council because Strandhill Beach is a no-swimming area. It is important to get in the water with a surf instructor to ensure safety and proper guidance.

We offer male and female changing rooms with HOT showers and toilets at our surf school location. You can change in and out of your wetsuit and swimsuit comfortably before and after your lesson.

Yes, we welcome families, and everyone will be together to enjoy the lesson. Our instructors ensure a fun and safe environment for all the participants.
